Shipping is free for orders over £150

Shipping
All orders are sent by UK royal mail and should arrive within 3-5 business days, some items may take longer if they are made to order. Full details are provided once the order has been place.

I currently only offer shipping to the UK but am looking to expand soon!

Pick up
Pick up from my London location is available by appointment only, please reach out to funkme@funkedd.com to make an arrangement.

Returns and Exchanges
I cannot offer returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons and due to the fact that most items are made to order. Please know that I am here to help with any questions you may have on items before you purchase in order ensure that you feel confident in your purchase.

Lead time
Some items are made to order, in these cases I will reach out to you with lead times. Depending on complexity, this can be between 2 days - 2 weeks before the items are ready to be posted. An email will be sent to you once your order is on its way.

To maintain the pristine appearance of your earrings, I recommend cleaning them with a soft cloth to help preserve the vibrant colours, and prevent scratches. Only use water if necessary, cleaning products with chemicals should be avoided as they may damage the material. Use caution when storing your product, keep it away from items that could damage or break the design. Proper care will ensure that you can enjoy your earrings for years to come.

12 month warranty

If your order arrives damaged or imperfect, please contact me at funkme@funkedd.com. Every piece of jewellery has a 6 month warranty which covers manufacturing faults but excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage or mis-use. If you have an issue within the 6 month window, please reach out to me so we can discuss the best way to resolve the issue.

Each piece is made to the highest standards of craftsmanship but there may be occasions when you need a repair due to standard wear and tear or accidental damage. In this instance, please contact me at funkme@funkedd.com. I’ll happily repair any piece for a nominal cost so you can love your favourites forever.

If you would like to customize or personalize a design I may be able to help, please reach out to funkme@funkedd.com with the details and we can discuss options if they are available.

All the earrings should be nickel free. The metals used in the studs or hoops should be listed on the earring detail page under the description tab. If you need a metal that is different to the description, please reach out to to funkme@funkedd.com as I may be able to create a custom order for you.

At this time I do not offer gift wrapping options however it will be a future consideration.
